Wendy brings extensive experience in business, commercial, real estate litigation, intellectual property and community association law. She has successfully litigated a wide range of cases in Federal and State courts and has argued before all Florida District Courts of appeal and the Florida Supreme Court.

She has represented businesses and investors in multimillion-dollar contract negotiations and has extensive litigation experience as an attorney with large and international law firms. Additionally, Wendy has represented businesses and individuals on intellectual property matters, including trademark filing and litigation.

Wendy was formally the law clerk for the honorable Jacqueline R. Griffin, Chief judge of the Florida Fifth District Court of Appeal and the judicial intern for the Honorable Alexander L. Paskay, Chief Judge of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida.

Wendy also interned in the White House in the office of Counsel to President Bush during the Gulf War.
